I received an access card with an access code during the session - how can I order my photos?
If you have received a access card with a personal access code during the session, go to the "Login" page listed on the card and enter the access code, then click on "Open Album." Alternatively, you can click the link in the eventual email or text we send you once the images have been uploaded.
How do I order a package or individual print?
Once you type in the student/player's code you will enter their portal and see three "tabs" : "Overview", "Packages", "Individual Products"
Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo", then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions to complete your transaction.
Why are some sizes not available for the picture I want to order?
Many of our albums have two types of imagery including traditional (without text) and personalized (with text).
Traditional images without text include purchase options for digital downloads, various sized prints (wallets thru 8x10), circular buttons and a range of products like magnets, trader cards, bag tags.
To ensure sizing compatibility accuracy so the text is not cut off we offer digital downloads, 8x10 prints and square magnets for personalized images with text.
Can I order from more than one album? Yes. If the access code grants you entry to multiple albums then you can certainly select various products from one or both albums in a single transaction.
Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.
Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed.
Ship to home of printed orders go straight to processing individually and typicall take 5+ business days to process and ship. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered. For example, prints may take less time than specialty gifts.
Digital Downloads are released immediately upon receipt of payment, or in some situations if combined with a print order a short time later. If you have not received your download when you think you should have please check your junk/spam folder.
Batch of printed orders are used with our school groups which activates bulk processing. Batch orders may take 2+ weeks to complete, including the order period, delivery to the school and distribution from the school coordinator.
Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect our work against illegal downloads.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We are committed to offering only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.
Can I crop the images?
Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.
