I received an access card with an access code - how can I order my photos?
If you have received a access card with a personal access code, go to the "Login" page, enter the access code and click on "Open Album."
Is it possible to place a single order for multiple siblings?
Yes! Click on "Did you get another access code?" under the main menu "Login". You can enter up to five access codes at the same time. This way you will have access to all available photos. You can combine the order and save on shipping costs.
I received an email with login information - how can I order photos?
After you have placed an order or registered with the online shop, you will receive an email with login credentials. Using your email and the new password, you can use the "Customer Login" to enter your personal gallery, order photos, and check the status of your orders.
How do I order a package or individual print?
Once you type in the student/player's code you will enter their portal and see three "tabs" : "Overview", "Packages", "Individual Products"
Many of our sport photo sessions will have two style of albums including Custom Designs (artistic backgrounds with text) and the Traditional Products (typical event background (gym, sporting field, etc).
Traditional Products - If you'd like to prints of the player in the gym/outdoor setting then you'll prefer the Traditional Products. Select Individual Products to purchase a single print and navigate to the image you'd like to purchase and click "Buy This Photo". Or select "Packages" and you will have several options to select from.
Custom Designs - If you'd like to order a unique player mate, team mate or memory mate then you'll prefer the Custom Design album. You will have options to select Individual Products or Packages.
Can I order from more than one album? Yes. If the access code grants you entry to multiple albums then you can certainly select various products from one or both albums in a single transaction.
I rarely order online - how can I order my photos here?
Select a photo that you like from your album and click "Order photo.” Then select the product of your choice, enter the desired quantity, and click on "Add to cart." When you have placed all of the photos you like into your shopping cart, click "Cart" on the top right of the screen and follow the instructions.
Why are 8x10's the smallest size in Custom Designs? Often times the custom design products include player mates and composites which require an adequate size to view the text on the image/print. The two distinct albums and pricing profiles allow us to offer unique products with appropriate sizing.
Where can I see the status of my order?
The easiest way is to click the link within your order confirmation email. Alternatively, you can log in with the password and email address you received via email. Once you’ve logged in, your order details can be found under "My Account."
How long will the delivery take?
The delivery time depends on the payment, the products you’ve ordered, and delivery method. The payment must be confirmed before your order can be processed. Orders will either be "batch" or "ship to home".
Batch of printed orders - Many of our school groups use batch which processes the group in bulk. Once finished, they are delivered to the school coordinator for distribution. Batch orders may take a couple of weeks, depending upon how long the order time period is open, and the time it takes to ship the batch.
Ship to home of printed orders typically go straight to processing individually and typicall take 5-10 business days to process. Delivery time may also vary depending on the type of products ordered. For example, prints will take less time than specialty gifts.
Digital Downloads are typically released immediately upon receipt of payment, or in some situations a day or two later. If you have not received when you think you should have please check your junk/spam folder in the email account you used to order.
Is the logo (watermark) going to be removed from the image?
Of course! The watermark is only used to protect your work against illegal downloads.
What is the quality of prints, posters, etc.?
We are committed to offering only the highest quality. If you are not satisfied with the quality of your photo products, please feel free to get in touch. We are devoted to your satisfaction.
Can I crop the images?
Yes. You will find this option within the shopping cart. If you crop the image, an enlargement of the selected area is created. Look for the stars which indicate whether the photo's resolution is sufficient for the enlargement.
